It's important that you routinely let us know whenever your firm completes a CMBS issue -- as an underwriter, issuer, servicer, trustee or law firm.

We use this information to build our CMBS Database, which market players rely on as the comprehensive listing of public and private CMBS issues -- and as a definitive roster of the firms that participate in those transactions. The database is compiled by the editors of Commercial Mortgage Alert, who, throughout the year, use the information to publish various rankings of market participants.

So it's essential that you notify us whenever your firm has participated in a CMBS transaction -- anywhere in the world.
